I am the CFO of Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Inc. I purchased a Guidestar Nonprofit Compensation Report in 2015 or 2016 and could not access it on-line. How can I gain access the report that I have already paid for?
I have researched your account and you purchased the 2016 National Compensation Report on 4/10/17 and the report expired on 5/10/17. You have 30 days to download the report before the link expires. I have reactivated the 2016 report for you for another 7 days and it will expire on 2/20/18. Also, just in case you were not aware there is a new 2017 version of the National Compensation report now available that was released in September 2017. Download instructions below.
To download the report, please sign-out and sign-in again to www.guidestar.org, using your registered email address and password. Click on your name and select My Account. Locate the Downloadable Products and click on the 'Nonprofit Compensation Report' link to begin downloading the report. Make sure you save the document, once the download has been completed.

Thanks Jennifer. I believe I was having trouble downloading the report at the time so I appreciate you giving me access to the 2016 report. I signed in and tried to follow the instructions below but without success. I am not finding any option where I can select the 2016 Compensation Report. The only option I have is to purchase the 2017 report. Would you mind sending me the link that takes me directly to the 2016 report?
