I keep trying to add new information to the Bronze level for my organization, I have submitted it twice but it's still not showing up. Help?

Thank you for contacting the GuideStar Community.
Upon reviewing the Bronze section of your organization's GuideStar profile, I see that there are required fields under your Programs that need to be updated in order for the Bronze level to be complete.
To edit the Programs section under Bronze, make sure that the four required fields marked with a red asterisk are completed for each of your programs listed.
Once you have updated these four sections, make sure to click on save at the bottom of the page.
After you have completed updating each of your listed programs, click on Save at the bottom of the Bronze section then click Publish.
I'm including a link from our Learn How To section of the Community to assist you with updating the Program section as well as other information under Bronze: How to Achieve the Bronze Level of Participation - Update Organization Name, Address, Mission Statement, Logo, Staff, Leadership, & Board Members. Once updates have been published, please allow 20-30 minutes to see the changes on site.

No... that's what i'm telling you. I did all these things and its not saving my changes, even when i hit publish. I've done it three times now, and each time i lose my work. It's cost me about an hours worth of time all together at this point. Please help me troubleshoot this.
