Hello. We are fairly new to GuideStar and have been working along with other support staff to get our profile & nonprofit status updated correctly. A few weeks ago, I encountered problems through the verification process. She was able to get things updated, but when I used the link I was sent to update, the login name and account name changed from mine, April Mishler to my husband's, Chad Mishler. He is not affliated directly and his name is not on any IRS or Articles of Incorporation or any business materials for our non-profit. (of course he is a huge supporter, but I don't know why the names changed?) A gal helped me by the name of Emily and was extremely helpful...but we never discussed my husbands name...below is our conversation:
