Updating our profile

Hello, 

 

I updated our profile on Guidestar with a correct address approximately December 1, 2017.

 

Today, I get a screen shot from Network for good, which is from today that still shows our old address.

 

I log into our account, and see our current address.  

 

How come our back end address does not jive with what the public sees?  So what to do?

 

The big problem is Network for Good sent us a check that went to the old address.
