We have NOT lost our status with the IRS. This was an error on their part which was resolved. WE would like the message posted on our public profile removed please. How can we do this? We have the paperwork as well.

GuideStar receives all its information on 501c organization from the IRS on a monthly basis excluding January. Because this information comes from the IRS, we are unable to change or alter the information. We will receive our next update from the IRS around the 2nd-3rd week of February.
Upon reviewing the IRS Exempt Organizations Select Check, the IRS has not updated the BMF and is still showing your organization as revoked.
I recommend contacting the IRS to find out when your information will be updated and your organization will be back on the IRS Business Master File. You may contact the Nonprofit Division of the IRS for more information at:
(877) 829-5500 (toll-free number). The IRS call center is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Once the organization reappears on the Business Master File, we will receive this from the IRS directly and the message will no longer appear on your organization's GuideStar profile.
