Problems re: updating account info

I'm attempting to update the Principal Officer for our company. I followed the instructions in your forum to update the officer by going into the "Bronze" tab of the Public Profile and entering in the correct officer's name under "Leadership and Staff," but, despite repeated efforts over the past few days, the recorded Principal Officer remains the same when I view the public profile. Also, many of the other updates I've attempted (logo, donation info) have not taken hold either.
