I reset my user email from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com and now neither of them are recognized for my foundation Larraine Segil Scholars Foundation ( which has a DBA as Exceptional Women Awardees

I see that your new email address has not been verified. I have verified the email address for you. Also, I noticed that the email address you registered is appearing as firstname.lastname@example.org with three e's, however in your email you have it as email@example.com with two e's. This may be what is causing you the problem.
Try signing in with the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and your password. Please let me know if you are still having problems signing in or if you need me to reset your password.
