We have been having trouble with the pdfs not downloading. Occasionally a new tab opens up and appears to be trying to create a pdf, but then it never creates the page. Can you please advise?
Can you please send screen shots of what you are seeing when you try to download PDF's from the Charity Check product and can you also, let us know what browser and version you are using sending information to email@example.com? I will have to send this information over to our IT department to research. You also, may want to try the same steps you are currently, doing now just on a different browser and see if you are able to then access the Charity Check PDF's. And the only other possible troubleshoot idea is to find out if your PDF software is up to date.
