I manage all the matching gifts for Hofstra University. For some time now matching gift checks have been going to our HR department which is unfortunate because it can be 4-6 weeks before we actually get them. I recently reached out to one of the matching gift companies and requested they change the address and was told that they could but if would revert back in 6 months because they get their information from GuideStar. We were not aware of this and are not even sure how your site chose the address you did as our main address. This is a PROBLEM!! How can this be corrected?
