I type the email address of the new manager, and type a messge into the comments field for the email that is to be sent then I click on "Add Manager", the screen goes blank and the user hasn't been added as manager.
This could be due to the email address you wish to add is not yet registered with GuideStar. Please register the email address at this link - https://www.guidestar.org/Account/Register
