We are unable to update our profile. After clicking "Save" the page cycles through indefinitely.
We experienced the same issue in November 2017 and sent our updates to GuideStar staff to enter on our behalf.

Could you send me the browser and version you are using and what information your were updating as well as the steps you were attempting when the issue occurred?
