Enclosed please find our January 14, 2018 inquiry to Facebook regarding nonpayment of funds raised through Facebook for several fundraisers in November and December 2017. Below that is today's (January 17, 2018) response from Facebook stating a check was mailed from GuideStar (check #1771638) which we never received. Their response said to contact GuideStar. Our address on GuideStar's profile is correct (19940 Stanley, Melvindale, MI 48122). From our records we have well over $1000 waiting to be sent to our Rescue. Please advise. Thank you.
