I am trying to update my form, but I keep getting a spinning wheel and nothing saves.
How can I get past the spinning wheel and get my updated info saved?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Using Chrome, I was able to save and publish your organization's profile. We discovered a caching issue with web browsers, causing a continuous spinning circle when updating your Nonprofit Profile. Basically, cookies (data) saved to your computer can block you from updating your profile. One solution would be to open an incognito browser or a private session.

Our products and services are designed to support the latest web browsers. We recommend Google Chrome. It is fast and automatically keeps itself up to date. We also support the current versions of Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 11 and above. Not sure what browser version you are using? Click here to find out. Also, try signing into GuideStar under a different computer, different browser and check your Firewall settings.

Looking at the Bronze section of your organization's profile, the short bio under Leadership needs to be shortened but also, there are some required fields under your Programs that need to be updated. This may be causing you the problem with saving.
Under each of your organizations programs there are 4 required fields that need to be updated. They are Program Name, Description, Service Areas and Population Served. I'm including a link to assist you with updating the Bronze section: How to Achieve the Bronze Level of Participation - Update Organization Name, Address, Mission Statement, Logo, Staff, Leadership, & Board Members
