How does my organization attain GuideStar Exchange status? We are currently a Silver level organization.

per a grant we are requesting. See their language below. What does
'GuideStar Exchange' mean?

The GuideStar Exchange is your organization's profile that you have updated. GuideStar Exchange is a name we used to use for your GuideStar profile. Now it is called GuideStar Nonprofit Profiles.
GuideStar Exchange members are nonprofits that have updated their nonprofit reports. There are four levels of participation, determined by how much information organizations have shared through the GuideStar Exchange.
Because your organization has achieved the Silver level, the Silver logo is now appearing on your organization's GuideStar profile https://www.guidestar.org/profile/20-2457936

I understand that Guidestar Exchange has been replaced by the profile system, but a funder we work with asked that we upload 2 specific documents into the 'financials' tab of the Exchange and our letter of determination into the the 'documents' tab and I don't see where to enter those in the new system?

I'm including a few links from our Learn How To section of the Community that includes documents with instructions to assist you: How to Upload Letter of Determination
Audited financial statements would be uploaded under Silver: How to Achieve the Silver Level of Participation - Update Financial Documents, Fiscal Year, Revenue, Expenses, and Assets & Liabilities
Annual Reports and Form 990s would be uploaded under Additional Docs. Once you are signed in to your organization's profile, you will see a list of categories on the left hand side of the page. Click on Additional Docs then click on Annual Report or IRS Docs, this will take you directly to that section.
Once you update, save and publish, please allow 20-30 minutes to see the changes on your organization's GuideStar profile page.
