Our address update is not being saved

Our Network for Good account still shows our Guidestar address as still being our old address (1616 H St.). We've asked them about it, they say it's pulled from your data, which makes sense. Can you tell us what we might be missing, as we've updated our Guidestar profile a bunch of times w/ new address and our address on the main Guidestar profile page is the new correct one, but maybe we've missed a setting or publish action?
