After I click on "update nonprofit profile," it says that I do not have permission to update a non profit profile. I key in our number and it says that I already manage this organization.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have fixed the issue and you should now be able to sign in and update your organization's GuideStar profile. If you are currently signed in to GuideStar, sign out and back in to reset the page.
