This has been horrible: simple request to update a profile

The process to contact each of you has been horrible. The password failed. The dollar amounts could not  be modified. The profile update is blocked. My birthday was Jan 1. I still cannot update the profile. This has been a time sensitive disaster . Guide-star failed to be responsive and failed to provide viable contact information. Shame on You
