What are the criteria for your Gold, silver, and bronze ratings?
The Seals indicate that a nonprofit has shared information with the public through its GuideStar Nonprofit Profile. An organization earns the Platinum Seal by providing information for the three lower levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—then sharing metrics it uses to evaluate its progress toward its mission. You can learn more about the information required for each level of transparency by viewing the GuideStar Nonprofit Profile Requirements.
I recommend claiming your nonprofit profile and then updating the Bronze section as it provides an accurate snapshot of your organization. To claim and update your Profile, please use this helpful guide - How to Achieve the Bronze Level of Participation - Update Organization Name, Address, Mission Statement, Logo, Staff, Leadership, & Board Members
Also, most organizations update profiles to be included in our partner portal like AmazonSmile and Facebook Fundraisers.
If you have additional questions after reviewing the information I shared, please respond to this thread.
