Scheduled outage alert

  • Saturday, June 10, 1:15 PM PST: Maintenance has been completed and is functioning normally.
  • Saturday, June 10, 9:30 AM PST: Maintenance is underway and progressing nicely.
  • Friday, June 9, 5 PM PST: The IT Team started moving hardware assets to the cloud.
  • Starting on the evening of Friday, June 9 (approximately 8 PM ET), the IT Team will be moving our hardware assets to a cloud based solution.  During the weekend of June 10-11, login access to our website will be unavailable. Users will be able to access the Unregistered Basic experience, but subscribers will be unable to access their subscription productions.  Thank you for your patience during this time.
  • What does this mean for Nonprofit Profile Managers? Updates made to your Nonprofit Profile will appear on site after the move to the cloud has been completed.
