Issue

Recently we discovered a data sync issue between GuideStar and Amazon. Both parties are currently looking into what's causing this.

  • New GuideStar Nonprofit Profiles created in March 2016 to present day have not been processed and do not appear on AmazonSmile
  • Updates to existing Nonprofit Profiles made in March 2016 to present day have not been processed and do not appear on AmazonSmile

Check out I updated my organization’s GuideStar Nonprofit Profile. When will the updates appear on AmazonSmile?  for information on adding your GuideStar Nonprofit Profile to AmazonSmile.

 

 

Affected Stakeholders

  • New GuideStar Nonprofit Profiles created in March 2016 to present day
  • Nonprofit Profiles that were updated in March 2016 to present day
