Issue Resolved.


The Outreach Tool Kit is unavailable when a user attempts to access it from the Benefits section of their GuideStar Nonprofit Profile.


This issue was identified on May 12, 2016.


Outreach Toolkit

The Outreach Toolkit provides marketing materials to help promote your organization's GuideStar Nonprofit Profile and commitment to transparency.


Affected Stakeholders

This affects all GuideStar Nonprofit Profiles. If you attempt to access the toolkit you will be taken to the top of the page.



We are aware of this issue and our technical team is working on it.  We will post any updates as they become available.



  • 5/26 - The Platinum Outreach Toolkit is currently scheduled for release on June 9.
  • 6/9 - The Platinum Outreach toolkit is now available. Below are instructions on how to access it.
    1. Sign in at
    2. Click on the “Update Nonprofit Profile” link at the top of the page.
    3. On the Update Nonprofit Report page, click the Benefits link for your organization.
    4. Click the Get the Toolkit link under Outreach Toolkit.
